The position

POSITION AND DUTIES

Attached to the Electro-mechanics BE, which has 15 people, you ensure the development of innovative mechatronic components and mechanisms in multiple application areas.

Your mission is:

Ensure the design of mechanisms and components (actuators, transducers, sensors, etc.);
Carry out analytical calculations and finite element modeling;
Write the design justification elements;
Contribute to the integration of prototypes;
Establish test plans and participate in their implementation in the laboratory;
Provide technical expertise to respond to critical environments: humidity, temperatures, vibrations, etc.

You will join a passionate team of electromechanical engineers and technicians and work in support, in 3C®, Consultation, Collaboration and Cordiality, with all stakeholders.

Desired profile

REQUIRED PROFILE

You are an engineer who graduated from a Mechanical Engineering school or a technological university and you have at least initial experience (including work-study and internship) in the design and dimensioning of mechanisms or mechatronic components.

You have mastered mechanical design tools and techniques:

CAD tools (SolidWorks ideally)
Analytical structural calculations and finite element simulation
Reading plans and functional dimensioning
Report writing

Knowledge of structural dynamics, acoustics and piezoelectricity would be a plus.

You are fluent in technical English (level B2 required due to the international dimension of CTEC)

REMUNERATION & PACKAGE

Gross annual salary range: from 33k / year – depending on profile

Daytime schedule – Monday to Friday / 1 day of teleworking
MANAGEMENT status – individualized schedule according to company working time agreement
