ABOUT US
Cambridge Sensoriis is a radar engineering business, investor funded and with product in the market. We have our own state of the art radar sensor designs and are applying these into growth markets for Drone navigation, obstacle avoidance, and control.
We require an engineer or technician with drone pilot experience to fly our in-house drones and gather experimental results from our radar, to evaluate and report their performance, and to demonstrate capability to our customers. The test engineer will also manage the back end and support activities related to flight operations that ensure the smooth functioning of our product testing and demonstrations. They will be responsible for maintenance of our small drones, ground testing, and sensor configuration preflight. Once trained, they shall talk with our customers and advise on optimal settings and configurations, so that our radar can be supported within customer’s aircraft.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to build on their current experience and to be involved in the next generation of drone technologies, providing superb learning and development opportunity for you and the ability to add to the creation of innovative solutions.
The role would suit a recent graduate/HND, with a passion for drones, and autonomous systems. They will have opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by leading engineers in this area. If you’ve built and flown your own drone, we want to talk to you !
If you are looking to join a growing company, on exciting projects involving drones, autonomy, and sensing, then please do apply. We value honesty, character, and integrity and so you can always expect these from us too. No prior radar knowledge is required.
