Vertech Imaging

Vertech Imaging was incorporated in 2014 by Jacques Eloff, who is sole director. Based in Cobham, Surrey, Jacques has approached aerial imaging from a background in remote-controlled flight, starting in the 1980’s in South Africa:

• 30 years experience building and flying radio control aeroplanes and helicopters
• Competitive aerobatics and gliding
• BMFA (British Model Flying Association) “B” Certificate holder​
• Attained RPQ-s qualification in 2014 through Resource UAS, a CAA approved National Qualified Entity (NQE)
• Holder of A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC) and General Visual Line of Sight Certificate (GVC) attained through Drone Training Ltd, a CAA approved Recognised Assessment Entity (RAE)
• Holder of a CAA Operational Authorisation for both multirotor and fixed wing (reg no: UAS471)
• Course instructor for CAA-recognised certifications GVC, A2 Cof
• BSc from the University of Cape Town, with a professional background in surveying and telecoms
